The hotel offered a buffet breakfast that included local food, and the beds were clean. The hotel was also reasonably priced for the area it was located in.
The hotel was not conveniently located, and there were no nearby shopping centers or restaurants. The room interior looked dated, and some of the lights were not working.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back Brilliant place for a holiday in Guangzhou! The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away.

The staffs are very helpful and the room is clean. The attendants are very enthusiastic and quikly get me the things what I want. I live in the room having a refrigerator and there are many drinks. When I check out, the staff of receiption tell me how to get the airport and commercial. And the bellboy call a taxi for me. The hotel is near Tianhe Bus Station and Guangzhou East Station. This is a good value and recommended hotel.

the staff was very friendly , they really helped me get around Guanghzhou.Although finding taxi is difficult but every time the bell boy arranged the taxi for me.All in all a good experience

The hotel is located in the business center of the city, making it a convenient option for business travelers. it is not near any good restaurants for dining options. there is no shopping center nearby, limiting the options for leisure activities.
The staff at the hotel have limited English proficiency, which can be a challenge for international travelers who require assistance.

Price, bus to Canton fair
Dirtiness, breakfast was too poor, no metro around, even if as they mentioned on website there was one station 1,5km away, that's not true. (maybe 15km). Pictures are completely different than the reality!

The only plus was the bus to the fair, however the bus back was hard to find
Where do I start, you can hear KTV on every floor, it is a noisy hotel, the carpets were shocking, no fridges in the rooms, hairs and not mine in the bathroom. I had to move to another room on two different occasions due to the noise, rather than sort the problem they moved me. The breakfast is appauling. They do not have pool and billiards as in the hotel description. They do not have an ATM They cater for local people and not traveling business people. I have saved the worst until last, the internet is so slow it is a joke, I could not work in my room on many occasions.

Location
The worst restaurant at ground floor especially wattress behavior is extremely bad. They yell to customer and argue with them at leaset 30 minutes, providing bad food ever. Of course I have video tape all these bad manner and I hihly recommend no one should stay in that hotel with this kind of service. I am more than happy to provide video tape of recorded bad behavior if necessary.

Sorry to say that but this was actually a whore house. There are 4 floors with working girls that were always coming and going to and from the hotel. The bad was very stiff and breakfast was poor, in dirty plastic plates. The room was not cleaned as it should be and it was in bad conditions. No food in the area. A lot of people checked out earlier than they should. I recommend that you will not work with this hotel as you will get many complaints

Poor Breakfast that western just can choose 3 or for item like butter , egg , bread ,or pure water tea or coffee Also difficult to take a taxi in hotel or front street that's similar highway and staff don't help to take taxi so you must go to highway and find a taxi maybe after long time. after 11oclock the hotel is full of drunk ed Chinese man that entry or exit to Hotel Karaoke floor and you can find them in elevator evry night at this period.
